And i mean <i>EVERYTHING</i>.  You can do this by either taking pictures or writing it down in your Hot for New Years notebook. </span><br /><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Another option is using <b><a href="http://www.myfitnesspal.com/" target="_blank">My Fitness Pal </a>. </b>It is a free calorie counting website where you can record everything you eat. There is a huge database with pretty much any food you can think of! There are a lot of brands on there too. Best of all there is also an app you can download to your phone so you can kep your food diary updated on the go. A brilliant feature is the bar code scanner which identifies the food and finds all the nutritional information for it straight away. I used this throughout my weight loss and found it SO useful. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">With this challenge i hope to make you all aware of what you're putting into your bodies. Sometimes we can be in denial of our diet status. If you're working out but not seeing the results, then odds are somethings up with your diet and you MUST self-access and really ask yourself if you're being as healthy as possible. </span><br /><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">So there we have it! Hot for New Years Challenge 2013!

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">This is my second year running the Hot for New Years challenge and i am beyond excited! </span><br /><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">HFNY's is a 3 month challenge that runs from October 1st to December 20th. The challenge is to basically get as <b>healthy, happy and comfortable</b> as possible BEFORE new years.<br /><i>(So now we don't have to make those bound to fail 'get into shape' resolutions) </i></span><br /><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>-Don't worry if you see this late, you can join in up until December 1st!</b></span><br /><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Each month i will come out with a new calendar with all the challenges for that month. So for example, we're in week 2 now and the challenge is the Perfect Imperfections challenge.
