Ready for a rockin’ week!

<p>Happy Monday!! You know Monday's aren't always the most fun day, but I figure to <strong>make the best of it</strong> you just have to stay positive!! That was my motto today and it turned out to be a great day! </p> <p>I started out my day with Jillian! I picked up this DVD at Ross while we were in Florida for just $3.99! I took my camera out of my purse in my office and forgot to put it back in so <strong>no lunch pictures</strong> today, but it was leftovers, so you aren't missing much! I had <strong>1 slice</strong> of <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/03/feeling-good.html"><strong>leftover pizza casserole</strong></a> and a serving of <strong>cottage cheese</strong> for <strong>8 points</strong>. </p> <p>I could hardly wait for 5pm to come, it was a such a <strong><u>beautiful day</u></strong> outside! I came home and tackled our <strong>to-do list</strong> we thought up on the plane ride  home from Florida! Still have a few things to do, but I’ve got a <strong>good start</strong> on it now!</p> <ul> <li>Subscribe to Runner’s World – done</li> <li>Send Thank You cards (7 of them!) – done</li> <li>Send Easter Cards to our Grandparents – done</li> <li>Register for <a href="http://www.damtodam.com/">Dam to Dam 20K</a> for both me & Kyle – done</li> </ul> <p>Supper was simple, but delicious tonight! <strong>Mac-n-cheese</strong>!!! Not the box kind though! It was a slow, but good run. I got in a little over <strong>2 miles</strong> in <strong>21 minutes</strong>. It was a pretty windy evening so I think that had some impact on the run.  Overall though it felt great and I’m glad I squeezed it in!</p> <p>When I got home I re-fueled with <strong>1 c honeydew</strong> for <strong>1 point</strong>. Feeling good!

But I’m so bummed…</p> <p>I forgot to take a picture of my outfit! I wore a new <strong>denim pencil skirt</strong> from Gap ($9.97 clearance score!!), a <strong>cardigan</strong>, and a <strong>spring-y scarf</strong>…I got so many comments at church about how nice a looked & a few people asked if I had been losing weight! I know many of you have said it before…but it sure is motivating to hear those <strong><u>kind words</u></strong>!!</p> <p>I did have a<strong> fiber one bar</strong> for <strong>2 points</strong> on the way to church…photographed though. </p> <p>After church Kyle and I made breakfast! He wanted <strong>pancakes</strong> so I had a repeat of <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/03/fun-productive-saturday.html">yesterday</a>. I kept them <strong>simple</strong> today…but I made them “just” how I like them… “<strong><u>rare</u></strong>”! Don’t ask…but I love them that way! :) I also had a small amount of Kyle’s sausage patties. We ended our walk at their house and played in the <strong>sandbox</strong>! I made <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/02/rockin-thursday.html"><strong>pizza casserole</strong>,</a> but modifying it a little from last time I made it. Today I added some <strong>yellow & red peppers</strong> and also some <strong>ham</strong>.
