<p>G’day Mates! We are the final stretch of the week! If you missed my Tuesday post click <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/04/little-late.html">here</a>…I was late getting it up! ;) Oh and if I want the choco monkey oatmeal recipe I edited my post from yesterday to include it. </p> <p>My late night <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/04/little-late.html">last night</a> made for a sluggish start this morning! I didn’t even feel like making anything. I had a <strong>peanut butter toast</strong> for <strong>3 points</strong>. I <strong><u>LOVE</u></strong> peanut butter & could eat it straight <em>out of the jar with a spoon</em>!</p> <p>I was a little slow at work at first, but once I got going on projects I was better! Little did he know that I had scheduled a doctor appointment and wasn’t going to be able to go home for lunch!!</p> <p>He brought me a <strong>baked potato</strong> and some <strong>chili</strong> and I mixed them up for<strong> 7 points</strong>! We ended up walking for about 5 minutes during the run by a construction site that is building a water park in town so that hurt our time, but it was fun to see the progress! I sautéed some <strong>zucchini squash</strong> and mixed them up with some <strong>ww pasta, cooked carrots</strong>, and <strong>ff cheese</strong> for a total of <strong>4 points</strong>! A little late...

Hey everyone!! It's hump day already, the week is flying by!! Kyle and I enjoyed the wonderful weather last night and didn't get inside till after 10pm and I hit the hay first thing which means no blog!<br /><br />But don't worry I have a quick recap of my Tuesday for you guys!!<br /><br />I started out the morning with a new "try"! Choco-Monkey Oatmeal! It was wonderful and super simple to make!! Add 1/4c hot water and stir thoroughly. Once cocoa mix has dissolved, add 1/4 c cold water and stir. In a cereal bowl combine cocoa mixture with mashed banana and oats until mixed well. Microwave for 2 points. Stir, cool, & enjoy!<br /><br />This was a recipe from a new cookbook I got from Hungry Girl!! I think I had one too many upset students and by 5pm my brain was fried!! So I headed home!<br /><br />Supper was also another new try! I made roasted potatoes! I just chopped them up, mixed them in a bowl with 1t of olive oil and some seasonings and baked them for 35-40 minutes! Good stuff! The funniest was an Impala that had 6 (yes I said 6!) mattresses strapped to the top of the roof! I guess someone's junk is another one's treasure!<br /><br />Before I hit the hay I did grab a peanut butter fiber one bar for 3 points.
