Day 175 (Tuesday 4/28)

<p>Hey my blogger buddies!! </p> <p>I hit the pavement bright and early this morning! I didn’t have much time, but I decided to go out anyway! I ended up doing 2:1 intervals and boy were they hard! I was sprinting on the run part!!! I ended up going for about 25 minutes. Felt great when I was done! </p> <p>I had breakfast on the run today. (spent too much time with DH before I left for work…worth it tho!) The scale this AM said 162 so I figured I would gain…and I did .4 lbs. I was bummed because I feel like I have been fairly OP this week, but hey it’s a small gain and I hope to have a loss next week. I just need to stay on track and get my workouts in. </p> <p>When I got home I had a <strong>ww pb cup</strong> for <strong>2 points</strong>. They just aren’t quite like the “real” thing!
