Some of their victims include American Express, Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, Royal Bank of Canada, Wells Fargo, and PayPal.<br /><br />According to Reuters, computers that have been infected with the software can collect valuable financial information by tracking and saving the user’s keystrokes. Due to the program’s ability to disable pre-existing antivirus software, the PC owner is left essentially defenseless.<br /><br />Unfortunately, not everything related to the case has been resolved. Aquabox and several other Citadel operators have yet to be tracked down. Many analysts suspect that the culprits are residing in Eastern Europe, most likely in either Russia or Ukraine. The big clue is that the Citadel software is nowhere to be found in these two countries; a possible indication that the crime ring doesn’t want to attract any local attention. Although this is only a small tidbit of information, it is the first step in determining the true identities of the criminals.

We’re hearing that the data was all managed by IT contractor CSC.<br /><br />Theft of social security numbers could prove most problematic as Danish social security numbers also include an individual’s birthday as part of the string of numbers. This makes them difficult to reissue and potentially more valuable with regards to identity theft. There are already reports of similar data being sold on the black market although it is unrelated to this case.

Likewise, sharing will work as it does today on Xbox 360 -- that is, gamers will be able to trade or gift physical copies of games without paying any additional fees.<br /><br />Regional restrictions have been dropped too, and games downloaded from Xbox Live will be playable offline.<br /><br />Microsoft warns that some of these changes will impact some of the scenarios previously announced for Xbox One. For one thing, downloaded titles cannot be shared or resold, and though it’s unclear if games are still installed on the hard drive, playing disc based games will now require that the disc be in the tray.

The company’s Conversations blog has now all but confirmed that this device is indeed going to be unveiled at the event on July 11th. This Windows Phone 8 powered smartphone, which will reportedly ship with GDR2 update pre-installed, touts a mammoth 41 megapixel camera that’s reportedly backed by optical image stabilization, a LED focus light and a Xenon flash.<br /><br />A subtle reference was made to this camera on the Nokia Conversations blog, which said that there are “41 million reasons” to zoom in to this blog on July 11th. Its going to be pretty hard now to deny that this smartphone is not coming, though the EOS moniker hasn’t exactly been confirmed. Nokia could end up calling it something else. It would be interesting to see if its just one device or an entire range of devices. Production line shots of an alleged aluminium based EOS were recently leaked, which many believe are actually of the EOS phabets. We’ve seen polycarbonate shells as well, which are believed to belong to EOS smartphone.

One such partnership, we speculated, could be related to a HTC First like Samsung ‘Facebook Phone.’ The Korea Herald reports that Mark did float the idea at this meeting, but it was apparently rejected by Samsung.<br /><br />Facebook partnered with HTC to create the First, a smartphone that ships with Facebook Home pre-installed. It has been branded as a flop, being available for $0.99 from AT&T at one time, while its UK launch has been postponed indefinitely. Facebook Home too is said to be losing popularity. Samsung seems like the perfect partner for next generation ‘Facebook Phone’ but apparently the company isn’t excited about the idea. The company doesn’t reportedly want to make any more rivals in the mobile arena, so that’s why it shot down the idea. The report claims that Facebook has “every intention of becoming the second Google” and that based on this aim they want Samsung as a partner. Samsung reportedly does not see any symbolic or monetary significance in such a partnership.<br />

The lithium-ion batteries, carrying model numbers "MC-MBOOK13B" and "MC-BOOK13W," were made by ATG, and did not come from Apple.<br /><br />It should be noted that the original report incorrectly stated the batteries were a replacement unit for the MacBook Pro. Instead, the two particular models were built for Apple's polycarbonate MacBooks, which are no longer sold by the company.

Bluebonnet has held the 511 patent since June of 1996, and the company alleges that "Apple ... offered for sale products and/or systems (including at least the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5) that infringed one or more claims of the 511 patent."<br /><br />In the 511 patent — which used to belong to Siemens Rolm Communications — a telephone communicates with a central switch to generate a list of assigned telephony features. A device can then display those features to a user in order to demonstrate which features are available to the user at the time.<br /><br />Bluebonnet's suit claims that Apple's call forwarding feature infringes on this patent. While the suit does not go into detail regarding the manner in which the features violate the patent, it does state that "the accused features that allow call forwarding have no practical use other than uses that infringe the 511 patent." <br /><br />Bluebonnet is seeking a permanent injunction enjoining Apple from infringing the 511 patent, along with financial damages resulting from the infringement. The company is also requesting pre-judgment and post-judgment interest on "the damage caused by Apple's infringing activities and other conduct."
