Coming Clean

<p>Happy Tuesday, friends!! I want to start out by saying <strong><u>thanks</u></strong> for all your kind comments <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/05/announcement.html">yesterday</a> on the<strong> big change</strong> going on with me and Kyle. Since Kyle brought me to work and I had no wheels to go anywhere for lunch, I ate at my desk so I could get more things done. She loved the attention and everyone loved her! :)</p> <p>We stopped at the Dariette on the way home for a<strong> lemon ice cream cone</strong>! (<strong>6 points</strong>)</p> <p>We had breakfast for supper tonight! I had <strong>2 eggs</strong>, a<strong> bagel thin</strong>, and <strong>1c pineapple</strong> for <strong>6 points</strong>. It wasn’t pretty and I’ve been thinking about it all day. I was <em>frustrated</em>, <em>embarrassed</em>, <em>disappointed</em>, yet <em>determined</em> all at the same time. Ok, I’ll just put it out there….<strong>172.5</strong>. Ugh!!!</p> <p>I’m going to have Tuesday be my WI day and the start of my week for allowance points.. It used to be the day I went to WW (back when I still went to meetings). When I get back to within 2 lbs of my WW goal weight I plan to go back to meetings. I KNOW those are key in keeping the weight off and being successful.</p> <p>My WW goal weight was 161 so I need to get to 163 so I can go to meetings again without having to pay. Ultimately though I want to be 150 so I am hoping they won’t make me change my goal weight when I continue to lose weight beyond my WW goal weight. I really do not want to pay again (esp since we are a 1 income family!). </p> <p>I’m not happy with my current size. I need to remember how I feel right now…defeated & frustrated that I let myself do this AGAIN. All that bad food I ate was NOT worth it. I’m going to focus on that part that, I’m going to stay determined and move forward. That is all I can do!</p> <p>So my blog friends I’m asking for your help, keep me accountable and if things get out of hand give me a swift talking to or a good kick in the butt!!
