Oops I did it again...

Hello everyone!<br /><br />Remember <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/07/busy-weekend.html">this post</a>? Yep, that was about 4 weeks ago. There has been a lot going on in those 4 weeks. Kyle's [one & only] Grandpa passed away kinda suddenly and I feel like I've practically been living in my office. So with that, I got lazy....again....I know!!!<br /><br />You know how it is when a family member passes away, you're all together for a week. people are constantly coming over bringing all kinds of food, so of course, I ate it, and not much for activity! Also I think it's something I do when I'm emotional, <span style="font-weight:bold;">eat</span>!<br /><br />So to save time just <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/07/8-weeks.html">click here</a> and read <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/07/8-weeks.html">this post</a> I did early July...that will tell just how I'm feeling now!<br /><br />Obviously with 4 weeks of bad eats & no exercise I will not be able to meet my birthday challenge, but nonetheless, I'm moving forward!<br /><br />I've come the conclusion that I'm either 100% On Plan [OP], nothing stopping me, eating my daily points to a "T"....<span style="font-weight:bold;">OR</span> either WAY off and when I say WAY off, I mean it! I need to find a happy medium with consistency, where those "triggering events" [overload of goodies & food at family things] don't send me over the edge and I'm able to get right back "on plan" the next day. So that is what I'm going to work on!<br /><br />Monday was my first day back on plan and it felt great! I didn't get a chance to run home for lunch until about 2:15! I couldn't believe my stomach didn't yell at me before this! I called it a day and headed home. But I think I didn't realize it because I was <span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="font-style:italic;">SO INCREDIBLY</span><span style="font-style:italic;"></span></span> busy at work. During this busy time at work I need to be more aware of my points and be sure I get them all in for the day. <br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold;">MONDAY’S STATS</span><br /><br />POINTS = 10/23<br />WEEKLY ALLOWANCE POINTS = 0 used/35 remaining<br />ACTIVITY POINTS EARNED = 0 today/0 week<br />H2O = 88oz<br />EXERCISE = none
