Chris Brown has exited the rehab facility he entered late last month just days after being arrested for assault, reports.
'Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support,' his rep tells the magazine.

Brown, 24, was arrested on Oct. 27 and held in custody for more than a day after he and his bodyguard were allegedly involved in an altercation with a third man, Parker Isaac Adams, outside the W Hotel around 4:25 a.m. Although Adams claimed that both Brown and his bodyguard punched him, Brown alleged that he was on his tour bus when his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, fought with Adams.
Although Brown was initially charged with a felony, that was later reduced to a misdemeanor.
Brown is currently on probation stemming from his 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna. If convicted of violating his probation, he could face a maximum of four years in prison. He is due back in court on Nov. 20.
