During construction there will be a lane closure and a traffic signal will be used to regulate traffic through the work area one direction at a time. Motorists will experience short delays as the signal transitions through its cycle.  Drivers are advised to adhere to the reduced speed limit and proceed through the work zone with caution and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
