Happy Birthday, 41!<br /><br />To help celebrate his birthday, it will be "Wear Crazy Socks" day. Bush 41 is known for wearing his personality on his feet ... that is, mismatched socks and brightly colorful socks -- anything that's different and looks startling to the unsuspecting when they see a gentleman in a business suit suddenly flash colorful ankles.<br /><br />Here's what you can do to help celebrate.
