Winds will diminish after sunset tonight, which is at 4:56 PM due to the return to standard time.  Combine the lighter winds with clear skies, and temperatures will fall very quickly.  A Freeze Warning is in effect for Philadelphia and Delaware County from 3 AM to 9 AM Monday (the growing season has already ended everywhere else), so temperatures are going to end up frosty cold by daybreak for the entire region.  Lows will fall into the 20s in the majority of the suburbs, but Center City will probably end up just shy of that freezing mark.

Monday will start with bright sunshine, but clouds will increase during the afternoon as a warm front approaches.  It is going to be a chilly day with highs in the mid to upper 40s for everyone -- luckily, there won't be too much of a breeze, but it will be noticeable at 5 to 15 mph.

A warm front will come through on Tuesday and make our temperatures a little bit milder.  Along with the warm front will come more clouds and the threat for a shower.  Behind that front, we'll rise back into the 60s for Wednesday and Thursday (perhaps even near 70 on Thursday), but with an approaching cold front on Thursday we'll see our greatest chance of rain for the week.  The weather will turn cooler for the end of the week and right through the weekend.
Monday Planner

Lunchtime:  44 degrees, Sun to Clouds

P.M. High:  48 degrees, Chilly
