Batman and Wonder Woman in the Next Man of Steel? Is This the Justice League Movie?

<div class="MsoNormal">I know what you’re thinking:  It seems like all anyone <a href="http://screenrant.com/justice-league-movie-2015-character-list/">does is speculate</a> about the Justice League Movie.  However, the latest news about the Man of Steel 2 film has Batman and Wonder Woman <a href="http://www.showbiznest.com/2013/11/batman-and-wonder-woman-join-next.html">joining Superman</a>, which means this could be a serious dry run for a full blown JL film.<o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">Earlier this year “Man of Steel” bested a lot folks’ expectations by bringing in <a href="http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=superman2012.htm">$291 million</a> at the domestic box office and $371 million in the foreign box office, according to Box Office Mojo, which gives the sequel, even if <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2476315/Ben-Affleck-bulks-play-Batman-Man-Of-Steel-sequel.html">Ben Affleck is playing Batman</a>, serious traction.<o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">Having Wonder Woman pop up in the film is a natural extension of the DC Comics Universe, and really the story will have to convince me that it is 100% necessary.  According to IGN, the <a href="http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/10/15/guillermo-del-toro-says-justice-league-dark-and-the-john-constantine-tv-show-can-coexist">Justice League Dark film</a> headed by Guillermo del Toro is heating up as well, thanks to a television show centered around John Constantine to hit next year as well.  <o:p></o:p></div><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">Basically, with the success of The Dark Knight Trilogy and the latest adventure of Superman, I’m not sure DC will ever have a better chance to push a Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman story into the next level.  The next Man of Steel could well be the Justice League Movie that many hope and dream about.<o:p></o:p></div><br /><div class="MsoNormal"><br /></div><div class="MsoNormal">Granted it is too early to say, but in Hollywood that $662 million global box office gross on a $225 million budget for Man of Steel means some serious green is at stake for a film well produced.  Here is hoping that Batman and Wonder Woman help push the agenda forward at a faster pace.<o:p></o:p></div>
