I am so proud of myself!!!! I woke up at 5:30 this morning and went the gym. Today is weigh in day for ww and I knew that I would not have time in between work and ww to work out and I want to head right home to watch the Biggest Loser after ww. So I did it, I got my rear end out of bed, went to the gym, did my workout, made it home with plenty of time to get ready, and made it back to work 15 min early and I feel better than ever....energized and ready to go!!
I lost 3.6 lbs at ww, total of 8lbs. So now the ww scale is actually less than mine at home! So that was awesome!! I did not make the 5 lb loss I was hoping for, but I know that losing the weight slowly is better in the long run, I need to keep the big picture in focus!!
So for those of you who like the Biggest Loser, do you think Amy C did the right thing? Should she have voted off Vicky instead? 'Cause if it ever comes to her & Vicky below the yellow line I am sure that Heba & Ed will save Vicky before they would save her. I think she should have thought about herself and not the team. (man that really sounds horrible, doesn't it?!?!?) Hopefully she won't get herself in that spot and she can continue to lose weight like she has been. I just love that show, it always gets me pumped up and excited about exercising, eating right, and losing weight!!
