I weighed in this morning and I was down another 2 lbs, 7.5 lbs total!! And I think I can contribute that to my recent workouts (& eating better I'm sure)! I made it to the gym again today. I wasn't planning on it because my husband was going to be home when I got there right after work, but I decided to "Vote for Myself". Last week in ww that is what we talked about, that sometimes you really do have to put yourself first. And the small amount of time that working out would take is worth it in the long run rather than being home 45 min earlier. And my husband agreed, so I didn't feel bad and my workout was great!

When I went to Wal-Mart yesterday I found these single servings of ww brand cream cheese. And I had a coupon so I thought I would try them out. You acutally get a lot for 1 point. I couldn't even get it all on the two slices of toast that I had for supper!
