They voted overwhelmingly to join <a href="http://teamster.org/" rel="nofollow">Teamsters</a>  in suburban Chicago last month.<br /><br />Already they have a strong three-year contract approved. It includes significant wage increases and increased employer contributions to health and welfare and retirement plans.<br /><a href="http://www.districtcouncil4.com/"><br />Repro Graphics is the web press and mail-house division of the</a><a href="http://www.schielegroup.com/" rel="nofollow"> Schiele Group</a>, a longtime employer with Local 458 and District Council #4.
