They voted overwhelmingly to join <a href="http://teamster.org/" rel="nofollow">Teamsters</a>  in suburban Chicago last month.<br /><br />Already they have a strong three-year contract approved. It includes significant wage increases and increased employer contributions to health and welfare and retirement plans.<br /><a href="http://www.districtcouncil4.com/"><br />Repro Graphics is the web press and mail-house division of the</a><a href="http://www.schielegroup.com/" rel="nofollow"> Schiele Group</a>, a longtime employer with Local 458 and District Council #4. The Schiele Group operates multiple union print facilities in the Chicago area, producing nearly a billion pieces of printed materials annually since 1948.<br /><br />Bob Miller, president of Teamsters Local 458, said: he's proud to welcome the local's newest members into the Teamster family. <br /><blockquote class="tr_bq">The talented workers at Repro Graphics have made our organization even stronger by voting for Teamster Power.</blockquote>Local 458 is part of the Teamsters’ <a href="http://www.teamster.org/content/graphics-communications" rel="nofollow">Graphic Communications Conference</a>, home to the world’s leading pressman and production employees.
