A cold front passed through the region during the overnight hours as a potent mid-level shortwave swung through the area.  The air behind is not really that much cooler and there is mainly a wind shift from the southwest to the west direction.  Clouds overnight helped keep temperatures up.  We have varying temps as of 7am, with upper 30's to as high the upper 40's along the NJ Coastline.

Lots of sunshine today as high pressure builds in.  With the cold front that moved through, there will be a light breeze from the west today around 10 mph with a few higher gusts at times.  Highs won't be too much different from yesterday with upper 50's being the rule across the region.

We'll stay dry through at least mid-week.
