David Tennant will be one of the contributors to the third episode of Doctor Who: The Doctors Revisited on UK channel Watch today. The episode, originally shown on BBC America focuses on the Third Doctor, played by Jon Pertwee. The special will be shown at 2pm on Watch today (3pm on Watch+1)
From Radio Times:
Today, third Doctor Jon Pertwee steps into the limelight, “a hands-on action man” according to his far-off successor David Tennant. Camille Coduri (who played Rose Tyler’s mum, Jackie) describes him as “very debonair, so handsome in his ruffled shirt”. Hugh Bonneville also pops up to out himself as a former Pertwee fanboy. Sadly, the man himself and many of his colleagues from that period are dead, while fabulous Katy Manning (his companion Jo) was unavailable when this fun recap was assembled.
The programme is followed at 2.30pm by Jon Pertwee's first adventure in the role, Spearhead From Space (1970).
