Job Title: E-BEAM Review Product Design Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities
Work with an engineering team on new electron-beam review products for the semiconductor equipment market. The successful candidate will have prior experience in the field.  Activities will include  simulation, modeling, characterization, integration and development of the designs. There will be a significant amount of "hands-on" work to integrate and test the various sub-systems. The candidate is expected to gain a detailed functional understanding of the entire product. The candidate is an innovative thinker and an excellent problem-solver and is able to analyze the high-level product requirements  to allocate them onto the sub-systems.

Education and Experience:
Candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree in engineering or the physical sciences (or equivalent) with at least two years of experience designing or operating complex optical systems.  A Masters degree or PhD is preferred.   He/she must have demonstrated an ability to solve complex technical problems.  Some experience in machine control software programming and/or data analysis is highly desired.  Strong knowledge of optical systems and/or vacuum instrumentation is expected, and knowledge of electron beam systems such as electron microscopes is preferred.  The candidate shall preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the semiconductor or adjacent industries.  Finally, the candidate must have excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 1 year of experience.
OR
Doctorate (Academic)
