Job Title: Field Application Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description:
1.Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA-Tencor products in customer fabrication facilities.
2.Makes presentations on all aspects of the products they support.
3.Supports the installation and qualification of KLA-Tencor systems Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications and helps the customer get maximum value from KT products.
4.Develops strong working relationship with customer.
Essential Technical Skills:
1.Excellent presentation and communication skills
2.Project management - Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
3.Have creative thinking approach to deal with customer challenges
4.Excellent problem solving skills
Leadership skills:
1.Be a driver, influence situations by facts and data
2.Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
3.Successful execution of projects in high pressure environment
4.The candidate needs to be a hands-on type person, aggressively interested in learning new things and keen on communicating with both internal divisions and customers. Infrequent (< 20%) domestic/international travel may be required.
Education and/or experience desired:
1. 3+ years semiconductor related experience preferably in the field of process metrology, and yield analysis or process control.
2.Bachelor's in Engineering/Material Science/Physics 3 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
