For this get together, I made the glorious Pumpkin Fluff recipe that I obtained from a leader at Weight Watchers. No one at the party knew it was a WW recipe, but they all loved it and requested a copy of the recipe. Here is it for you too as promised - enjoy!
Pumpkin Fluff - 3 Points+This can also be served with pears, graham crackers, or any other fruit/food you desire. The leader also recommended using it as pie filling to make your own no-bake pumpkin pie. Really, the options for this recipe are endless.
Makes approximately eight 1/2 cup servings
Ingredients:Directions:
- 1 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
- 2 boxes fat-free sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 29 oz canned pumpkin
- 8 oz fat free Cool Whip
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix milk & pudding, then add remaining ingredients. Keep refrigerated - the longer it sits the better it tastes!
