Howdy friends! Hope you all had a terrific Thursday! I had an extra “umph” in my step today! Check out my new sparkly shoes!! You know I <3 sparkles!! :)DSC08917

Breakfast today was oatmeal with 1T almond butter, and a small sliced banana for 5 points.DSC08914

Around noon I had 1 c grapes for my morning snack. They were super crisp…until I saw the very last grape had mold on it. Ick!! Pretty sure I didn’t eat any moldy ones, but it made my stomach turn!DSC08915

I had a long list of “to-do’s” I wanted to get done on my lunch today so I went for a fast lunch, SmartOnes for 5 points. Thankfully I got everything checked off my list!DSC08916

I busted out of the office at the tick of 5pm and headed down to hang out my with sister, Wendi, and Hayden, my sweet nephew! We started our evening with a nice walk!DSC08919

Got back to the house and Mom had supper waiting for us! I had 1 c watermelon for 1 point and…DSC08929

1/2 smoked pork chop for a total of 7 points. The pork chop was SO good! It was the perfect evening for a walk & grilling! DSC08930
