Good evening blogger friends!!

I am sitting here watching the Biggest Loser and it feels like Bob is talking to me....the whole thing about eating enough to fuel your body. I know I am not exercising anywhere near what they are on the show, but I need to be better about eating all my points or at least getting closer to eating all my points in the day. I know I had a really light lunch, but I feel like I ate a lot tonight and I am not hungry to finish off my points for the day. So I don't think I am going to finish them....what do you guys think?

Man now they are REALLY arguing!! It's getting heating!! Ok...back to my blog!

I had my wi for WW tonight. I weighed in at 169...which is way up from what my scale says...3lbs. But I am ok with it, that was a 3.6 lb loss in two weeks. Just going to work hard this week and hopefully lose a good # next week. They were talking about SetPoints in the meeting and it sounds pretty interesting and might be a really good thing to use when eating out. SetPoints values are a way of tracking foods from the Filling Foods List. If you watch your hunger signals and take a portion that seems “reasonable,” you can just count the food as its SetPoints Value instead of trying to figure out its actual Points value. Using this, they really want you to assess your hunger levels. This incorporates some of the concepts of the Core Plan into the Momentum Plan. Have any of you guys tried this yet? I am hoping to experiment with it this week!

Well everyone I am going to finish watching the Biggest Loser...Blaine or Dane....who will go home?
