EXERCISE = 30 min cross ramp & abs
I finally got back into the gym. It's been two days and I could defiantly feel that it had been two days! I felt very weak, which I think is because I'm all stuffed up & congested, but I pushed through and got in a good 30 min workout, even though I really wanted to quit at 20 min!
I made my 10% at ww! I was super pumped! I couldn't stay for the meeting though because we went out tonight with some friends for Christmas to Joe's Crab Shack. It was my first night and not eating well this week. My main goal for this week is to just maintian and NOT gain! We'll see how that goes with all those yummy goodies around!
Well I won't be around much after today. I am off work till January 5th and we don't have internet access at home. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a great New Years!!
