Ok so this whole habit of not weighing every morning is SSSOOO hard to break! I think I might do it through the holiday season just to keep tabs on where I am at and then in 2009 try to weigh less. So I hopped on the scale this morning and it said 180!!! That means I lost another1.5lbs and I'm down 22 lbs total!! I am so pumped!! My goal is to be 179 at the wi on Tuesday before Christmas!
We had supper tonight at a friend's house. It was such a fun night, but I totally went over my points. I think this is the first time since I started almost 7 weeks ago that I ate WAY too much! But I'm not going to let it get me down. I'm enjoyed myself for one night and that's it...this is NOT going to make me fall off the wagon! I have to say though it really surprised me when I got home and was adding up all the points that I ate...WOW! No wonder I was overweight because this is how I always used to eat!
