Today after church we went to a local Chinese buffet that serves breakfast as well, DH LOVES breakfast! So I figured I would just hit the salad bar and be good, which I started out that way, but had a few other things. And overall I think I did ok. The only thing I wasn't sure on was the Cashew Chicken, I counted it for 3 points for 1/4 c, but it might not have even been that much.

I absolutely love the PB2. Thanks to everyone who has posted about it on their blogs! PB is one of my favorite things and the amount of points it is for only a tablespoon or two was never worth it for me, but this is so much better points wise! And the chocolate PB2 is great too!

I also did the 30 day shred DVD, Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser. It was a good workout for only 20 minutes, she really keeps you moving. My gym has the weirdest hours on Sundays so I didn't make it there, but I felt better doing at least a little something. I really want to get my 10% on Tuesday. I'm just nervous since I started lifting this week that I might not make that big of a loss, the scale hasn't went down since Wednesday. :(
