I can't believe it...I got up again this morning and worked out! I would love to continue this, rather than working out at night. We'll see how I do! I love to have my evenings free. The main reason I wanted to get it out of the way is because tonight is ww weigh in and I wanted to burn every possible calorie I could!! Hopefully it pays off!
I'm not much of a bragger...but KUDOS to me! Today is a co-workers (super GREAT lady) 41st wedding anniversary and there are a TON of sweets about 10 steps from my office, but I have absolutely NO desire to have any of them!! I'm so proud!! I hope I feel like this on Thursday too!
So it's official, I'm out of the 190s!!! I'm so pumped!! My goal was to be 189 by Thanksgiving & I'm pretty stinkin' close to that!! My next goal is to be 179 by 2009!! So I think 10lbs is do-able in 5 weeks!
