You will have opportunities to work closely with scientists and optical engineers to develop the next-generation super resolution DUV/EUV imaging system to detect sub-wavelength defects on a reticle. Activities will include prototyping advanced optical modeling and image processing algorithms used in die-to-database reticle inspection tools, and developing production-grade software implementations.  You are expected to innovate new algorithms based on thorough understanding of the hardware/optics and mathematical formulations.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en"><BR> <BR> </SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The ideal candidate will have a technical background in imaging systems, hands-on experience in programming, and excellent math skills.
