Weekend Recap

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Our’s was full, but great! Kyle and I made it home from Omaha late Friday night, but still managed to roll out of bed Saturday morning and hit the pavement for our long run! We got in 8 miles, but they were HARD! I don’t think the <a href="http://weightloss-stories.blogspot.com/2010/04/stones.html">kidney stones</a> helped, I had to take a lot of walk breaks. I mixed up 1 c strawberries, 1 small banana, 1 scoop protein powder, and ice for a total of 4 points. I think the late night and long run wore me out! When Kyle got off we headed to his parents house. His decision was to get multiple TVs! After church we did our weekly grocery run and then hit up a local favorite Mexican restaurant for lunch. (NOT point friendly!) Afterwards we napped and then got up and got busy in the kitchen! We baked cookies and banana bread! It was Kyle’s boss’ birthday, another boss was in the hospital, and a friend got dumped this weekend.
