SchoolNet SA agreed to continue working with the sponsored schools to ensure that the tablets were used for their intended purpose. </span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span><br /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ms Omashani Naidoo, facilitated training with Foundation Phase teachers at LakeView Full Service School. Ten teachers spent the afternoon learning how much fun playing with tablets could be. They started with finding their way around the tablet and finding useful tips and tricks for working with the tablets and then discovering that there are apps that could be used to teach concepts to their Foundation Phase learners.
