Job Description:
The Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division provides industry leading metrology solutions for worldwide semiconductor IC manufacturers. The FaST Division portfolio of metrology products includes hardware and software solutions for optical film thickness, optical critical dimension (CD), composition, and resistivity measurement systems. These products are essential for the IC manufacturers as they provide critical metrology capabilities for the development and implementation of their advanced IC processes. The FaST division is committed to support our customers to achieve performance entitlement of our solution and we effectively partner with our customers from their early research and development phase to the high volume in-line manufacturing implementation specific for their process needs. The division consists of a global team located in US, Israel, China, and India.
Responsibilities:
This position is for a Software Configuration Management (SCM) and Software Installation engineer. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the software configuration management for a software development project with thirty software engineers. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of software installers for both workstation and cluster computer environments. The position is within an algorithm and modeling software group for Optical Critical Dimension (OCD) metrology. OCD is used to measure key transistor dimensions during the semiconductor device fabrication processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic requirements:
1.Must have experience with developing and maintaining automated software build processes, preferably using Microsoft development tools.
2.Experience with Rational Team Concert is highly desired.
3.Experience with Install Shield is required.
4.Experience with VBS / PowerShell / .bat/.cmd is required.
5.Experience with development of auxiliary installation utilities in .NET (C#, VB), C++ (console, COM).
6.Proficient (close to a level of System Administrator) in Windows OS (XP/7/Server2003/2008): ability to perform basic administrative tasks / troubleshoot issues related to files system, registry, processes, services, user accounts, permissions, installer, applications: MS SQL, IIS.
7.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

1.Experience with CruiseContol.Net automated build software
2.Experience with project planning and task estimation
3.Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and associated metrology.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate (Academic)

Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
