A successful candidate will be joining a world leader in wafer inspection products and technologies designing and manufacturing the next generation of products.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div> <div>The Wafer Inspection Division (WIN) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in our Milpitas, California campus. You will be responsible planning and developing SW solutions for our end customers for our next generation semiconductor wafer inspection machines.<br> <br> You will be working in cross functional teams and be hands-on during the entire product development cycle.
