<strong>Lending Services Assistant</strong> - <span style="color: #48286d;"><strong>Farmington Libraries</strong></span>. Do you thrive in a busy and dynamic atmosphere? Would you enjoy meeting and greeting the public and assisting them in making their library experiences productive and enjoyable? The Farmington Libraries are seeking a part time Lending Services assistant to work at the Lending Desk at the Main Library. The successful candidate will assist in setting up the desk, charging and discharging materials, conduct financial transactions, answer the telephone and enter customer data . He/she will also assist in preparing circulation notices and maintaining the hold shelf. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential for this position. Education and experience required include: High school diploma. Library experience preferred. This year round 15 hour position will include evenings and week-ends on a rotating basis. There are no benefits with the exception of Social Security. Hourly rate: $16.00/hour.
