Mix turkey, onion, garlic, chili powder, oregano, and cumin in medium skillet, about 6 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and chiles; bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon 1/2 c of the filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides & roll to enclose the filling. Bake the chimichangas seam side down for 20 minutes.
