Busy Day 8:00 PM Tukiyooo 0 <p>Happy Hump day!! Feels more like Tuesday since I didn't work on Monday, but hey it's Wednesday, I'll take it!! </p> <p>I started my day out at the <strong>gym</strong> again!!! It was a little harder this morning to get going, but I did!! I got in <strong>32 minutes</strong> on the <strong>cross ramp</strong> and then finished with <strong>abs</strong>. Nice morning sweat session. </p> <p>Breakfast this morning was a repeat of yesterday, but still "oh so good"! I got home around 9pm and snacked on some <strong>chips & salsa</strong> while packing my gym bag. Not the best option, but it was quick & easy.
