According to rumours Microsoft is going to launch the second version of Surface with the tag of Surface 2. The event of Microsoft will take place on 23rd of September. This event will organise to unveil the Surface 2 tablet.
The event will held in New York. According to rumours Surface 2 tablet’s features and specifications will compete iPads and Android based device. Surface 2 comes with matching keyboard, said by rumours.
Surface RT was launched at end of October 2012 with Window 8 and company made $900 million in the against fourth quarter earnings, that is closed at the end of June. The earnings report are better than the target of $853 million.
The starting price of Surface RT was $499 and it was recently cut down. Now Surface RT comes the price tag of $399.
The CEO of Microsoft will get retirement in next year. The charge taken by Steven Ballmer in 2000, after Bill Gates. The experience was not so good for Steven Ballmer because when he took over from Bill Gates, Microsoft was largest company according to market value.
