News Wrap: U.S. poverty rate doesn't budge

In the news Wednesday, the Obama administration announced nearly 50 million Americans are living in poverty, 3 million more than the official census count. The higher count is based off a supplemental measure of poverty that accounts for out-of-pocket medical costs and work-related expenses. (Nov. 6)
