Business Unit:
The Corporate Services Finance team provides support to executives and corporate leaders throughout the company. Our role is to implement, manage and improve financial processes that support business decisions in various corporate functions. Forecasting, analytics, strategic operations planning, scenario analysis and management reporting are the focus of team’s efforts.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a sharp finance professional to lead Corporate Services Finance team who will be responsible for forecasting, strategic operations planning, analytics, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple corporate functions and have a large impact on company long-term financial performance. You will have management oversight and will also be a key contributor in analyzing financial metrics associated with our IT / Facilities / HR / Finance and other corporate functions with direct support of EVPs. You will have 2 direct reports and will be reporting to Director of Corporate FP&A; be instrumental in supporting FP&A projects and initiatives beyond the pure corporate services scope. A successful candidate will be a top performer, who has a passion to champion positive change throughout the organization, enabling high visibility for the candidate throughout the company.
Essential functions:
- Become a true business partner to corporate services EVPs, viewed by others in the company as a financial expert able to participate and contribute into resolution of complex projects performed within Corporate Services worldwide.
- Influence priorities for corporate services teams to ensure alignment with the Company’s financial and strategic goals
- Identify and address largest process improvement opportunities worldwide across all corporate functions
- Drive improvements in our financial planning models, systems and reports
- Present and discuss corporate services budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess a demonstrated track record of strong analytical skills with deep technical expertise in financial modeling including ROI, P&L, balance sheet using Excel as well as a basic understanding of operational modeling
- Superior ability to integrate operational issues and financial concepts and data into compelling plans and actions and inspire others to successfully achieve them
- Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summary written and oral presentations with appropriate context including priority and risk
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated ability to establish and quickly build relationships throughout an organization.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with a sense of urgency and results orientation a must
- Ability to work, design and execute both strategically and operationally while being pragmatic
- Knowledge of SAP and TM1 is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Candidate should possess a demonstrated track record of strong analytical skills with deep technical expertise in financial modeling including ROI, P& L, balance sheet using Excel as well as a basic understanding of operational modeling
- Superior ability to integrate operational issues and financial concepts and data into compelling plans and actions and inspire others to successfully achieve them
