Job Title: Sr systems design Engineer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1.Design and release new measurement standards products for metrology and inspection products at the forefront of the semiconductor and adjacent industries.
2.Apply and grow your development leadership skills as part of a small design team in a fast-growing division, focusing on quick product cycles. Construct product development plans, schedules, and budgets and review them with division management.
3.Build your organizational experience by driving collaborative projects that can span multiple divisions or companies. Must be able to communicate clearly and regularly with collaboration members.
4.Develop new technical capabilities as required to design and support new products.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Prefer semiconductor or pharmaceutical metrology/inspection tool development experience, JMP statistical analysis software experience, LabView development or troubleshooting experience, project management experience
2.Analog electronics troubleshooting or design a plus
3.Strong capabilities in statistical analysis, design of experiments, and error budgeting and ability to perform own technical work independently in the lab/cleanroom
3.Demonstrated ability to organize and to drive technical analyses and reviews
4.Experience in designing or troubleshooting calibrations
5.Demonstrated experience in applying product development processes and in successfully managing development projects
Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree plus 10 years
OR
Master's degree plus 5 years
OR
Ph.D. degree plus 2 years of relevant experience and accomplishments
