Position: Software Engineer
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Full time

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

1) Interacts with other functional teams (electronics, mechanical, and system) to gather and confirm requirements.

2) Architect and Design software system following best practices in object-oriented and component driven methodology.

3) Implement Software design.

4) Validate software implementation.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1) KT Cougar Architecture Experience.

2) Scientific programming experience.

3) Experience with large integrated HW/SW systems and semiconductor equipment applications.

4) Proficiency in Java programming, Windows multi-threaded environment.

5) Proficiency in OOD/OOP and Design Patterns.

6) Practitioner of Software development process and best practices.

7) Track record of delivering high quality, innovative products on schedule.

8) Results-oriented; good verbal and written communication skills.

9) Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

10) Good customer orientation.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Doctorate (Academic) with at least 5 years of experience.

OR

Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience.

OR

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience.
