Position: Sr. Materials Supervisor
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Full time

Job Description:
- Manage GSS parts inventories to assure systems and physical inventories are accurate.
- Identify and correct 3rd party and KT SAP systems interface errors, recommend potential systems enhancements.
- Work with GSS procurement employees, regional logistics managers and 3rd party logistics company to assure transactions follow documented process requirements.
- Assure 3rd party Logistics provider inventory management, adjustments and documentation meet KLA-Tencor standards.
- Drive global cycle count and physical inventory counts globally.
- Support various SOX requirements like timely updates in KT and 3PL systems.
- Manage terminated employee inventory reconciliation.
- Manage GSS Inventory parts purge process to remove parts from global inventory locations.
- Work with GSS Provisioning personnel to identify and correct transactional issues involving the KT 3PL and systems interface issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Global 3rd party logistics management experience with multinational company
- Strong SAP experience
- Windows Office for PC - Excel, Window and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistic process development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams as well as work independently
- Procurement background is a plus
- Service parts logistics background preferred

Basic Qualification:
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of logistics experience.
OR
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience in logistics department from a multinational company.
