#AldeliaKurdistan is working on recruiting 20 Field Operators for an Oil Service
Company in Kurdistan.
These operators assist during the operations at the plant and work locations for the purpose of providing services during the running at the facilities and the preparation and maintenance of such equipment. The role prepares the employees to progress toward Senior Operators, building basic skills under the direction of the Supervisor.
Therefore all the field operators are expected to have:
• The ability to communicate effectively in English skills
• graduated from a technical institute
• Analytical skills
• Good eye-hand co-ordination
• Vision including color vision
• Mechanical aptitude
• Agility, endurance and the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Mathematical ability (to prepare charts and graphs)
• The ability to work with little supervision
• Excellent judgment and a concern for safety
• The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
