Reports are surfacing now that reveal ARTIFICIAL SNOW otherwise known as "MILITARY SNOW" is being released across the United States.  Some say the artificial snow is being induced in the atmosphere through specially constructed polymer fibers which appear to be acting as condensation nuclei for the snow.
