Responsibilities:
1.Develop or assist in development of The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) spare parts offerings with specific responsibilities surrounding attributes, performance, pricing and enforcement. Develop value collateral and communication packages surrounding these product offerings.
2.Work on solving issues that involve collection, creation and analysis of extremely large data sets. Complex analysis requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including business impact, customer impact and an understanding of current business trends. These skills require in-depth knowledge and interaction with excel, databases and SAP.
3.Frequently interacts with field business units, customers and internal functional groups regarding projects or spare part offerings.
4.Lead multiple projects with a cooperative effort among members of cross-functional teams. Create and maintain Project Plans, POR's and drives activities thru to successful, on schedule and completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Ability to identify areas of opportunities that will create a unique value for GSS and our customers. Develop these ideas into formal proposals thru analysis, projected impact and ROI.
2.Ability to create clear defendable proposals for internal and external consumption. Strong communication skills and ability to conduct effective presentations under pressure, at customer sites or internally and does not come off as abrasive or defensive while in direct customer situations.
3.An understanding of the Semiconductor business and our customer’s environment.
4.An understanding of KLA-Tencor’s parts environment, SAP and SSCM infrastructure.
5.An appreciation of our customer’s environment and the challenges we face balancing KLA-Tencor objectives and customer satisfaction.
6.Ability to interact across a matrix of departments and management while balancing conflict that arises.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
