Sorry I haven't posted in almost a week. Not much to post. My liver acted up again this weekend causing me to be ill. Other than that, I am still doing what I do best.
I am loving the cooler weather. I am taking advantage of it by getting out and walking longer and exercising.
I'll post more later this week, but I just wanted to give you a heads up that I haven't dissappeared!!!
