Position: Lead Electronics Engineer
Location: Migdal Ha'emek, Israel
Duration: Full time

The Optical Metrology Division products are used for optical overlay metrology. The portfolio of products includes unique solution packages which are based on hardware and software systems to enhance yield and effectiveness. As a world leader in its field of expertise, the division's products are the most advanced in performance (measurement accuracy of nanometers and below), reliability, ease of use and compatibility with other KLA-Tencor's products.  KLA-Tencor (Israel) controls over 80% of the world market sales in its field, and its products are used by every major semiconductor manufacturer around the world.  KLA-Tencor Israel is located in the Migdal Haemek Industrial Park. 

Responsibilities

Lead Electronics and Control development within a system development project.

Responsible for complete system electronics and electronic subsystems development process, including requirements specification, interfaces specifications, design reviews, detailed design and implementation.

Responsible for prototypes production, parts procurement, subsystems verification, system integration and transfer to manufacturing.

Manage all electronic and control internal resources and subcontractors including budget, schedule and design quality.

Work with other engineering, manufacturing and service groups to ensure product quality, cost and delivery schedule.

Addresses and resolves product issues through the product phases.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Sc degree in Electronics Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in Electronics development

Proven Experience in Electromechanical systems development

Advantage – experience as development team leader

Advantage - experience at the semiconductor industry

Personal – proven leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving capabilities, decision making capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) with at least 5 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience.
