Job Title: Director, Product Marketing- Mature FABS

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

Customers with stable production processes have unique equipment service needs, often emphasizing a reduction in overall service costs while maintaining adequate service quality and responsiveness.  This position will own the strategies and tactical direction required to maximize KLA-Tencor's service position and profitability at these Mature customer sites.

Activities include but are not limited to; analyzing the market space and identifying the best opportunities, aligning with regional service teams to develop account strategies and proposals, pitching proposals directly to customer decision-makers, overcoming customer objections, aligning with internal functional groups on the service delivery strategy, providing structured, periodic updates to company senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Essential -- semiconductor capital equipment management experience, participation in the equipment service delivery chain, direct communication with customers, ability to communicate effectively across functional organizations, ability to develop and internally align on creative service concepts, generate support for decisions by manipulating and analyzing large datasets.

2. Preferred -- experience in service sales or marketing, demonstrated success leading large scale tactical and strategic projects.

3. Bachelor’s level degree in a technical field with at least 10 years of experience in a semiconductor related field.

4.25-35% international travel is required.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Level Degree in a technical field with at least 10 years of experience in a semiconductor related field. 

Ability to travel internationally approximately 25%.
