Relaxing here and there is healthy for both your body and mind! </span><br /><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">This should help you review yourself. Are you really being as healthy as you could be? or are you being too strict? plus- its a great way to keep yourself in check.
