Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

Major duties for this particular role include the following:

1. Forecasting - division spending and headcount. Responsible for bi-weekly snapshot and quarterly budget review.  Involved in annual strategic planning.
2. Reporting-- quarter end financial close and management reporting with main focus on division expenses, headcount, assets, and internal inventory.
3. Budget tracking - Work closely with division Engineer, Marketing, Applications, and Sales teams on budget tracking, analysis and reporting.
4. Project Management – Being part of new product introduction team and responsible for project financial analysis.
5. Marketing Analysis – Being part of marketing analysis team and responsible for relevant financial analysis.
6. Other ad hoc analysis
7. Support SWIFT division

Preferred Qualifications:

1. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis. 
2. Experience in expenses management with a global manufacturing company is highly desired
3. Experience as Senior in Big 4 Audit
4. Good understanding of GAAP and basic FP and A concepts
5. Able to work independently and proactively
6. Attention to details and one that has the discipline to meet deadlines with high-quality work
7. Results driven
8. Strong communication skills and team work skills; able to discuss issues with other finance personnel as well as business partners
9. Ability to adapt to changes within a fast-paced working environment
10. Self-driven and motivated to invest  time to learn best practices
11. Willing to continue improving existing processes
12. Strong analytical skills in financial analysis and technical skills in Excel modeling, Excel PowerPoint, SAP, TM1
13. Experiences that are not mandatory, but highly desired: revenue recognition, cost accounting, cost of service

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Factory Automation

OR

Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience
