Job Title: Division Sales Director
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Fulltime

Job description:
The Division Sales Director will be responsible for managing the overall sales cycle from forecasting to booking for key customers/regions.  The individual needs to possess strong technical sales skills with experience in direct sales and customer/account management.  The candidate will need to work with KLA-Tencor complex, cross-functional and multi-cultural sales teams to develop sales strategies while also tracking and executing tactically.  A strong background in technical field is desired along with a focus on results and sense of urgency.  The ability to lead by example (knows the way, shows the way, goes the way) is also important, especially in motivating and encouraging others to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
Specifically, the Division Sales Director is responsible for:
1.Leading KLA-Tencor key customer strategy and actions to meet the division's penetration, share, adoption and profit objectives
2.Perform needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, installation or delivery plans and post-sale services to the customers
3.Develop relationships with new and existing customers with the purpose of maximizing share and expanding sales within existing accounts
4.Lead emerging business and growing fab expansion business by the following tasks:
      · Technology roadmap alignment
      · Fostering technical and operational relationships at all levels
      ·  Installed base satisfaction
      ·  New product beta-sites and JDP's
      ·  Negotiating business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives
      ·  Accurately forecasting business to meet bookings objectives and ultimately drive the right product build plans
      ·  Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel

Preferred Qualifications:
1.Position requires a minimum BS degree (MS preferred) in technical field or equivalent; MBA a plus
2.Experience in Product Sales and/or Marketing in Semi Cap Equipment, Lithography, RET/OPC and/or DFM
3.Strong business acumen and technical selling skills
4.Ability to understand our customers, overall industry and competitors
5.Committed to increasing customer satisfaction
6.Excellent communication skills
7.Proven ability in achieving objectives in the face of adversity
8.Language skills (i.e. Mandarin, Korea speaking) a significant plus

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
