The Team: Wafer Inspection Division Finance Team
The Wafer Inspection (WIN) Division Finance team serves as a Strategic Partner Organization to WIN Division General Manager and his staff. WIN Division is a flagship Division of the Company and Division executives and business leaders look upon us to provide valuable input to important strategic decisions. Our role is to support business needs by developing financial forecast models, management reporting, monitoring key performance indicators and leading financial aspects of Short-term and Long-Term strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
The Role: Financial Analyst
We are looking for a well-rounded individual with excellent data analysis & problem solving skills to be a key contributor in a dynamic business environment. This individual will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting and analyzing Division Fixed Costs as well as modeling ROI for various initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple business functions and have a large impact on divisional and company long term financial performance. This role offers significant interaction with senior management as well as considerable opportunity to add innovative ideas to the organization.
Essential Functions:
• Support WIN Engineering VP and his staff
• Forecasting, budgeting and analyzing Division Fixed Costs
• Drive Program ROI analysis and be a key contributor to PLC teams as the Program progresses in its Product Life Cycle
• Fixed Cost Scenario Analysis impacting Long term Strategic Planning of the Division
• Lead preparation of quarter end compliance and management reports
Skill Requirements:
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Ability to think strategically and proactively
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Strong ability to partner and build relationships
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize; to troubleshoot and problem solve
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP / TM1
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
